The Agency has conducted its activities according to project principle. In accordance with the activities listed in the project circle (picture), each project goes through various stages of a project cycle. Thus, a project coordinator is appointed who should set up a project team composed of expert associates of the Agency and external experts and institutions, as required. An important element of the project is the verification of certain steps by the Founder.
