The Republic of Srpska has 88 public and 4 private secondary schools of different profiles (gymnasium, mechanical, catering, economic, agricultural, construction, medical, trade, electrical, administrative, traffic, technological, school of students in the economy, music etc.) 41,136 high school students, taught by 3,820 professors.
In two public (Electrical, Technological, Mechanical, Legal, Economics, Medical, Agricultural, Forestry, Faculty of Philosophy, Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Faculty of Science, Academy of Arts, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Traffic) and 7 private universities in Republika Srpska At 21 high schools, there are 32,585 students enrolled, with 2,736 teachers and associates teaching.
In the last ten years, about 15,000 pupils graduate from elementary school each year, about 13,500 secondary students and about 4,500 students graduate from the universities of Republika Srpska. Also, in 2017, the Republic of Srpska became richer for 534masters of science / masters and specialists of 54 doctors of science.
In addition to formal education, there are numerous, various forms of education in the city offered by private companies (languages, computers), civil society (communication, participation, project management) and various projects (enterprise management, business, management in agriculture, etc.)
During the years of intense cooperation with foreign investors, local workers were educated and adopted technological knowledge as well as high standards of control standards. With a wealth of experience in production and management, local workforce requires minimum training to acquire new technologies and assembly processes. The skills of the local workforce are reflected in the increase in productivity in the sphere of industrial production in the past period.
