About us

The City Development Agency Banja Luka has been established by the City in accordance with the Law on the Encouragement of the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of the RS. The Agency has the status of a legal entity and is a non profit organisation. Its work is supervised by the City Assembly and the Mayor.

The main goal of establishing the Agency is to have a functional and operational unit which, as an independent legal entity, can easily adapt to changes and quickly react in line with the development trends and requirements and, as such, continuously initiate, propose, prepare and implement development projects.
