ABOUT CITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
City Development Agency “Cidea” was founded in 2004 with the aim of helping small and medium enterprises in the preparation and implementation of business plans and thus create new jobs.
By changing the organization of work and thanks to our colleagues, associates and employees, we managed to realize numerous projects that were of great importance for the city of Banja Luka.
The City Development Agency is a member of TERIS and EURADA.

CITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY RESULTS
- We have realized about 20 projects where we procured equipment for high schools and colleges to conduct practical classes in classrooms.
- We have prepared over 60 projects in the last 3 years.
- In cooperation with the Union of Employers' Associations of the Republic of Srpska, we have launched an initiative to form a Council for Education and Employment.
- Every year we also organize the Employment Fair, which has so far offered 1,700 jobs.
- We work very closely with the Tourist Organization of the City of Banja Luka as well as the Center for Agricultural and Rural Development, and our joint project is the Tourist and Recreation Center "Manjača", which we are implementing in phases, in accordance with available domestic and foreign funds.
